Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Sayando. By signing in or using the service you agree to them. If you use Sayando for a business, you agree on behalf of that business.

The service

Sayando lets you build funnels, landing pages and websites by chatting with an AI assistant, publish them, and connect them to other tools such as your CRM, checkout, calendar, Google Sheets and ad accounts. Nothing is published until you press Publish.

Your account

• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace.
• Workspace owners and admins decide who joins the team and what each person may do.

Your content and your visitors

• You own the content you create and the leads you collect. You give us permission to store, process and show it only so we can run the service for you.
• You are responsible for your pages: that what they say is true, that you have the right to use the words and images on them, and that you tell your visitors how you use their data.
• You must have a lawful reason, such as consent, to contact the people whose details you collect.
• AI-written content can contain mistakes. Check every page before you publish it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sayando to:

• break the law, or mislead, scam or harm people;
• send spam, or collect data without permission;
• publish content that infringes someone else’s rights, or that is hateful, violent or sexual content involving minors;
• attack, overload or try to get around the security of the service.

We may remove content or suspend a workspace that breaks these rules.

Connected apps

When you connect another service (for example Google, Meta, your CRM or your checkout), your use of it is also governed by that service’s own terms. Payments are processed by your connected checkout provider, not by Sayando. You can disconnect any app at any time. How we handle the data these apps share with us is described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work hard to keep Sayando running, but the service is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable. We may add, change or remove features. If a change affects you significantly we will try to tell you in advance.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sayando is not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profits, lost sales or lost data, arising from your use of the service.

Ending your use

You can stop using Sayando at any time and ask us to close your workspace at tech@bignexis.com. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
