Privacy Policy

Sayando (“we”, “us”) is an online tool that lets businesses build funnels and landing pages by chatting with an AI assistant, publish them, and send the leads, bookings and sales they collect to the business’s own tools. This policy explains what data we handle, why, and the choices you have. Questions: tech@bignexis.com.
Who this policy covers
- Customers — the businesses and their team members who sign in to Sayando.
- Visitors — people who open a page that a customer published with Sayando. For these pages the customer decides what is collected and why; we process that data on the customer’s behalf and on their instructions.
Data we collect
From customers
- Account details: name, email address, and the workspaces and team roles you belong to.
- The content you create: funnels, pages, images, website content, settings, products and AI instructions.
- Connection details for the apps you choose to connect (for example your CRM, checkout, Google Sheets or ad accounts), including the access tokens those apps give us.
- Basic records of activity, such as who changed a funnel and when, kept so your team can see its history.
From visitors to published pages
- What a visitor types into a form on the page, such as name, email, phone number, company and answers.
- Usage data: pages viewed, buttons clicked, the link or ad that brought them (for example UTM tags and ad click IDs), device and browser type. A first-party cookie (
fb_vid) lets us count one visitor once. - Tracking pixels the customer adds (for example Meta, Google Analytics, Google Ads, TikTok or Microsoft Clarity) collect data under those companies’ own policies.
How we use data
- To run the service: build, store, publish and show your pages, and keep your account secure.
- To deliver what you set up: send a visitor’s form answers to your CRM, your Google Sheet or your other connected apps, and pass buyers to your checkout.
- To show you statistics about your pages, leads and campaigns.
- To send you service emails, such as sign-in links and team invitations.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your data or your visitors’ data to advertise to them.
Google user data
Sayando asks for access to your Google account only when you choose to connect a Google service, and only for that service.
Google Sheets
If you connect Google Sheets, Sayando asks for the drive.file permission. With it we can only open the spreadsheet files that Sayando creates for you or that you pick for this purpose — never any other file in your Google Drive. We use it to create a spreadsheet, add a tab, and write the leads from the funnels you choose into it, adding or updating rows as new leads arrive.
Google Ads
If you connect Google Ads, Sayando asks for the adwords permission. We use it to show you the ad accounts you pick, their campaigns, results and the search terms that triggered your ads. We change your Google Ads account — for example create a paused campaign, switch a campaign on or off, or update a budget or keywords — only when you press the button to do so. If you use an AI feature on that data (for example “Sort with AI” on your search terms), the relevant data is sent to our AI provider only to produce that answer for you.
What we store, and what we never do
- We store the access token Google gives us on our servers, encrypted in transit and never shown in the app, along with the email address of the Google account and the IDs of the spreadsheets or ad accounts you connected.
- We do not use Google user data for advertising, retargeting, credit decisions, or to train AI or machine-learning models, and we do not sell it.
- People at Sayando do not read your Google user data, except with your permission, when needed for security or to comply with the law.
- We share Google user data only with the service providers we need to run these features (listed below).
Sayando’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Disconnecting. You can disconnect Google at any time in Sayando under Integrated Apps. Sayando then deletes the stored access token and stops all syncing. You can also remove Sayando’s access from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Spreadsheets already created stay in your own Google Drive, where you control them.
Who we share data with
We share data only to run the service, with:
- Hosting and storage providers (for example Vercel, Railway, Supabase, Cloudflare and Big Nexis).
- The apps you connect yourself, such as your CRM, your checkout, Google, Meta or your email tool.
- AI providers (for example Anthropic, or Google if you add a Google AI key), only for the AI features you use. They may not use this data to train their models.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep data
We keep your data while your account or workspace is active. When you delete a funnel, its published page stops being served. When a workspace is closed, we delete its data within 90 days, except where the law requires us to keep it longer. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.
Your choices and rights
- You can see, change or export your content and leads in the app at any time.
- You can ask us to correct or delete your personal data, or to close your account, by writing to tech@bignexis.com.
- Visitors to a published page should contact the business that owns the page first; we will help that business answer the request.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls by team role, and keep tokens and keys on our servers only. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us at tech@bignexis.com if you find a problem.
Children
Sayando is a business tool and is not meant for children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and tell customers about important changes by email or in the app.
