Terms & Conditions:
Entitlement: Your payment entitles you to attend the 【One Year AI Mastermind™️】 program and receive one (1) year of online Q&A support, commencing from the date your membership is activated.
Payment Terms: Full payment must be received no later than one (1) day before the program commencement date. We reserve the right to refuse access or login to any participant who has not completed full payment by the stipulated deadline.
Communications & Marketing Consent: By submitting this form, you consent to receive notifications, updates, and marketing communications from us via the email address, phone number, and other contact details you have provided.
Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior arrangements, representations, undertakings, or communications, whether written or verbal.
Limitation of Liability: We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, taxes, or liabilities — whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — incurred by or payable by any participant, arising from or in connection with: (a) the performance, delivery, or content of the program, or Q&A support; (b) any interruption, delay, or unavailability of services; or (c) any cause whatsoever, whether foreseeable or otherwise.
No Refund Policy: All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. 恕不退款。
Non-Transferable Access: Participants are strictly prohibited from transferring, lending, selling, or sharing their account, login credentials, or access details with any other individual or party. Violation will result in immediate revocation of membership and access entitlements, without refund.
Intellectual Property & Content Protection: Participants are strictly prohibited from downloading, screen-recording, reproducing, redistributing, or in any way making available the tutorial videos, course materials, or any content of the program to any individual or party who has not subscribed to the program. Any violation will result in: (a) immediate revocation of membership and access entitlements, without refund; and (b) legal action being taken against the offender, where we reserve all rights to pursue damages and remedies available under the law.
Single-User Membership & Add-On Policy: Each membership is strictly entitled to one (1) individual user only. For security, verification, and access-control purposes, we may track and monitor login activity, account usage, device information, and/or IP addresses.
Sharing of a single membership among multiple users — including but not limited to employees, partners, HODs, core team members, or any other representatives — is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval has been obtained from us.If you wish to grant access to additional individuals within the same company or organisation (e.g., your partner, HOD, or core team members), you may apply for an Add-On Membership, subject to our approval and applicable additional fees.
Automated Enforcement: We employ automated AI-based monitoring systems to detect unauthorised access, account sharing, or suspicious activity. Accounts flagged by our system may be automatically suspended or revoked without prior notice or manual review. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge and agree to this automated enforcement mechanism.
Amendments. We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
